We do checking on each piece of fruits when we pack and before delivery. Fruits are nature there we unable to control their flavor however we could collect the fresh arrival from our supplier so that customer could take the fresh ones to keep for few days. If you noticed the whole fruit box are not in good condition please do take video to show us the proof once you receive it. If the problems are caused by Ezy Fresh Bite, we shall compensate you in terms of partially refund, giving discount on next item or replace a new one depends on different circumstances.
There will be a refund charge incurred in case customer doesn't want replacement, which will vary between 0 - 6 % of the value of good. For example, if customer pay by using credit card/paypal, there will be 4.4% + RM 3 charge by paypal and we will not bear the interest charge by paypal. We will only refund the fruit gift price selected by customer. We will bank in back to customer bank account.
