1. How to place an order online?

2. Are the fruits fresh?
Yes, the fruits are fresh guarantee as we take new arrival, we don't keep the fruits in our chiller for long and we even check each piece of them before packing them into the gift box.
3. If found any not in good condition fruits, what could you do?
Please record a video of the condition of the fruits with our signature gift box and send to us immediately once receive. We shall investigate further and we will compensate you in terms of partially refund, give discount on next purchase or replace new one depends on different circumstances. We shall not responsible for the fruits you have been collected after 1 day as there are many reason to cause the fruits as they are nature.
4. Can client choose the fruits?
We do not customize fruits box usually except bulk order like 10 boxes and above and depends on what kind of customization. For example, you like to add Ferrero Rocher one whole box in the fruits gift then we could special arrange for bulk order. Talk to us and we shall see the possibility of arrangement.
5. How to make payment?
You may make payment via our third-party partner Payex. They have online banking, credit card, debit card and e-wallet.
6. When can the fruits hamper to be delivered?
We do not deliver on weekend and public holiday.
We only deliver from Wednesday till Friday exclude public holiday.
Please pre-order the fruits at least 2-5 days in advanced.
You may write your prefer date on remarks however we still need to check whether we still can slot in yours on our delivery schedule and stock availability.
If you are not flexible on your delivery dates, I suggest you whatsapp us to check with us the availability slot first.
7. What time do parcel arrive usually?
We deliver the fruits gift within office hours. Please ensure there are people at home or in office to collect the fruits gift. We require pre-order earlier, after confirmation and payment we will only proceed order.
8. Which locations are covered?
Kuala Lumpur & selected Selangor areas. Please check with us if you are not sure the address is it cover.
We DO NOT deliver to Shah Alam, Semenyih, Rawang, Setia Alam, Klang and far distance about 30km one way from KL city.
We do not deliver to other states.

10. Can come to our shop to collect?
We do not have self-collect service yet.
11. Have any wishing card provided?
We can help you to print your wishing note on a small paper card for free.
12. What are the fruits to give for patient after surgery?
It is a good question that you should ask back the patient or their family who well known the patient condition. We are not profession in this field therefore we are no right to advice on this. However, fruits gift hamper is a caring gesture to receiver, even though they might not be able to take certain fruits, it is still consider as a mental support and the fruits can be take by the family who need to take care the patient would definitely need vitamin C too.
