Refund policy

• We do checking on each piece of fruits when we pack and before delivery. If you noticed the whole fruit box are not in good condition please do take video to show us the proof once you receive it immediately. If the problems are caused by Ezy Fresh Bite, we shall compensate you in terms of partially refund, giving discount on next item or replace a new one depends on different circumstances.
